Since my first Twitter Tips Infographic went viral, I decided to update the infograhic and the slideshare for my presentation at the 2013 #smtulsa conference. This version has updated tips and a couple of case studies. 1. What happens when a customer Tweets something bad, and 2. how not to piss people off with your Tweets. I spoke today at BarkWorld Expo in Atlanta. My session was entitled Social Media 101. I had a great group of attendees and I think everyone learned a bunch. Here are my slides from the workshop style session. BarkWorld Expo is THE pet social media conference covering ALL facets of social media & pet education for the thriving online pet community! This is my second year as a speaker here, and Precious aka @Imajackrussell and I love this conference.
I was very happy to receive this email. “Your presentation How to use Twitter [Infographic] is currently being featured on the SlideShare homepage by our editorial team.
We thank you for this terrific presentation, that has been chosen from amongst the thousands that are uploaded to SlideShare everyday.
P.S – Why not blog/twitter this and let the world know about this awesome masterpiece you have created? We have tweeted about this here.”
